Workshop pop!

12th - 17th Feb 2024 - Various libraries across the borough

Come along to your local library over half term and make your favourite pop star!

From Billie Eilish to Stormzy; Taylor Swift to Harry Styles; the Rolling Stones to Nadia Rose and anyone else you can think of. Or maybe you will want to make a classical musician, or a singer from your favourite Bollywood movie?? You provide the inspiration, and we’ll provide the materials for you to get creative.

Lots of shiny pop stars and magical music makers are waiting to emerge. You even get to take them home afterwards.

This is a free drop-in event designed for ages 5 – 11 but older siblings and families can join in too. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

This event is part of our programme of work celebrating the music heritage of the borough – Rewind: This is Croydon’s Music.
