Pollock’s Toy Museum is on an exciting journey to uncover the captivating history of New Addington’s A Barton Toy factory. You can join them for a special event to remember this cherished part of Croydon’s local heritage.
- Drop in reminiscence session in the main library: 11am – 11.30am and 3pm – 4pm.
- Engage in conversations and share your memories of A Barton Toy factory
- Talk with Museum Curator Debby Brown: Gain fascinating insights into the rich history of Pollock’s and A Barton Toys.
- The Book Buddies session: For children aged 4-8 years. Get creative by crafting paper furniture inspired by the Pollock’s Toy Museum toy furniture collection: from 4pm to 4.45pm.
- The event is free to attend and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
