Are you interested in culture and heritage for supporting regeneration and placemaking?

We are looking for a Creative Heritage Producer to work with Croydon’s Culture and Regeneration teams to support the engagement, design and delivery of a new town centre heritage trail!

The successful applicant will work with the local community to gather feedback on design and delivery to ensure the trail truly reflects Croydon’s people and places.

They will also work closely with local Museum and Archive collections and colleagues, both within the borough and beyond, to identify source materials and resources.

The practitioner will need to attend, as well as lead the delivery of a series of workshops and engagement events including during Open House (13 – 22 Sept) and Croydon Harvest (4 – 5 Oct). They will ensure participation opportunities for the local community capture their stories and priorities for Croydon.

Findings will help form a commission brief and inform future funding applications.

The deadline for applications is Sunday 17 August. Applications should be submitted to culture@croydon.gov.uk with the subject line ‘Culture Heritage Producer application‘.
