This is Croydon – London Borough of Croydon 2023 has been developed using a grassroots model. Empowering and emboldening the cultural sector creating a framework and structure of support and collaboration.

Our unique delivery structure is made up of a partnership between Croydon Council staff, community producers based at key Culture Hubs and the leadership of the Croydon Culture Steering Group.
