The Switch Off

A space for the always-on generation to disconnect from technology and reconnect with themselves.

By running short, silent, digital detoxes, we give burnt out women a moment of calm and self-reflection in an otherwise hectic schedule. Because sometimes the only way to ensure a bit of peace and quiet, is to diarise it!

Our silent sessions are also an opportunity to think about the bigger questions – the important ones that understandably get swept aside when we’re just trying to get through each day.

The Switch Off gives you the chance to get to know yourself better. It recognises that the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one you’ll have with yourself and encourages you to spend time exploring who you are and what you want from life.
