Created by the internationally renowned Theatre-Rites, Journey of a Refugee is a powerful and moving immersive theatre production that explores the journey and the arrival of a refugee and the universal themes of people searching for a home.
Inspired by The Welcoming Party originally co-produced in 2017 by Theatre-Rites, Manchester Interntional Festival, Z-arts and the Ruhrtriennale Festival. Journey of a Refugee will be a beautiful blend of puppetry and performance for both school and family audiences.
The production will be supported by a comprehensive workshop programme run by Croydon based Augdo Dance Company.
