A dance workshop for over 16s guaranteed to make you move!
Connect with the joy, beauty and wellness of dance through this workshop open to all. Designed for the over 16s with no previous dance experience, this workshop provides a safe and inspiring session led by professional dancer & choreographer of Bulgarian heritage Stephanie Handjiiska.
The session consists of a short introductory talk, thorough warm up, dance session, cool down and debrief. The music varies from our favourite 80s and 2000s hits all the way through to shamanic drums – but is guaranteed to make you want to move!
Dancer in the Community has been delivered for organisations such as Woolwich Works, Pushkin House, Arts Council England, Centrala Birmingham and others.
