We know spreading the word about your Creative Health project can be difficult. We share monthly updates with health, social care and frontline services in Croydon to make sure they are kept up to date with the latest activities on offer. This includes sharing with Social Prescriber Link Workers, GP Practice Managers, Adult Social Care workers, Family Hubs, Early Help and other local teams.
