Autumn Walks in Croydon: Colours, Calm & Connection

Farthing Downs Walk in Croydon - Field of Cows

As the leaves turn golden and the air grows crisp, Croydon’s green spaces offer the perfect backdrop for gentle strolls and mindful moments. This autumn, a variety of free wellbeing walks are taking place across the borough, each designed to support physical and mental health, foster community, and celebrate the beauty of the season.

We’ve created a round up of walking groups so you can find one that works for you, lace up your shoes and step into the season!

Many of these walks are free to join. Please visit the website or contact the organiser to check the details before attending.
